My main activity is focused on property sales, including professional consultancy, marketing and after sales services. New and resale properties located in the greater Marbella area, between La Cala and San Pedro are my field of expertise.
I attach great importance to building a relationship of trust with my clients as an essential pillar of successful cooperation. The first step involves an initial consultation and a property valuation. Then, the marketing strategy is defined and once the buyer has been successfully found, the sale is closed with the signature of the title deeds before a public notary. My personal assistance is given throughout the entire process, accompanying the client from beginning to end.
Long-term and vacation rental fall also within my area of expertise. Many buyers acquire a property as an investment to rent out rather than to live in. I take care of the legally required property registration, as well as the adequate marketing strategy and individual support needs. Likewise, I manage and coordinate the end of tenants cleaning service to have everything ready to welcome the new ones, even at short notice. I personally oversee every tenant’s check-in and check-out, paying careful attention to each detail.
